Why Rotary?

Four reasons Rotarians keep showing up.

Rotary is where neighbors become friends, ideas become projects, and everyday people become People of Action.

Serve Your Community

Turn ideas into action with hands-on projects that support Irvine families, students, and neighbors in need.

Build Lifelong Friendships

Join a welcoming circle of neighbors who show up for one another — around the meeting table and out in the community.

Grow as a Leader

Sharpen your leadership through service, mentorship, and Rotary's world-class development programs.

Connect with a Global Network

Belong to a movement of 1.4 million Rotarians in more than 46,000 clubs across nearly every country on earth.

Our Club

A community of neighbors taking action together.

Chartered in 1991, the Rotary Club of Irvine is part of a global network of 1.4 million Rotarians united by one ideal: Service Above Self. We are educators, small-business owners, professionals, and retirees who believe Irvine is at its best when neighbors take action together.

We meet every Wednesday morning, 7:30–8:45 AM, at the Rancho Senior Center — and then take what's discussed into the community through signature projects like Baby Baskets for Marines, Stop the Bleed, and our annual scholarships.

The Four-Way Test

Is it the truth? · Is it fair to all concerned? · Will it build goodwill and better friendships? · Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
